We guarantee your satisfaction in our products. If you have an issue with a product that you have received, we need to be contacted about it within 15 days of you receiving the product. If you do not let us know you are  dissatisfied with our product within 15 days of receiving it, we will not accept any returns. Please contact us with the return form below stating your issue. You and your pets matter to us and we will do what we can to keep you happy.     

  1. If you receive a clearly defective product we will pay for the return shipping and give you a complete refund or in-store credit.    
  2. If the package you receive your product(s) in appears damaged or defective you have the right to refuse the delivery. If it has arrived at your residence and it appears damaged or defective,  do not open it and please contact us immediately so we can proceed to solve the issue with the carrier. We will issue your credit as soon as possible.    
  3. For all other return requests, use the contact form below and we will contact you within 1-2 business days. Remember, if you do not request to return the product within 15 days of receiving it, your request will be denied.    


Our refund policy is 15 Days. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Raw product is exempt from returns unless you receive the product and it is not cold to the touch. If that is the case, contact us immediately and we will figure out how to solve the issue.    

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back until we have told you to do so.    

REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.    

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 business days.     

EXCHANGES (if applicable)

Our products are shipped using the following carriers: USPS, FedEx, UPS . To return your product, you should mail your product to: 453 E Wonderview Ave #4 Estes Park, Colorado United States 80517. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
